Hello @BillyHarris

Sounds like you not had a good experience at all with your early upgrade and it's good to hear you were adequately compensated.

In regards to your Credit File and the default your being warned about this is my advise.

The Credit File Teams are not customer facing and there is no account access assistance via this forum anymore.

So you'll need to contact Customer Services or contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams who have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team they can ask to investigate the default for you.

You can contact the Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

There is no account access assistance via this forum anymore.

You can also look at contacting one of the Credit Reference Agencies to ask if this warrants a 'Notice of Correction' in the interim.

More info in 》Default-on-your-Credit-File-And-How-to-add-a-Notice-of-Correction.
