Hi Vodafone
My account has been closed for over 3 years.
You are still reporting to credit reference agencies that the account is active, and not closed and Settled.
I have spoken with your customer service team online and by phone, and no one seems to understand what I'm talking about.
Please can someone help me from the Forum Team to get me in touch with the correct department to have my account 'closed and settled' with all credit reference agencies? Thanks.

They can ask their dedicated Vodafone Credit File Specialist Team to look into this for you.

They have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can investigate.
Nothing is discussed on any open Social Media Platforms.
Link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.
Your other option is to use Vodafone Customer services.
To reiterate there is no account access via this forum anymore to be able to help with account based issues.
