Hi,
I finished my Vodafone contract in 2017 and paid my last bill in full. We are currently in the process of applying for a Mortgage and I can see that there have been 4 late payment entries placed on my credit file by Vodafone for a small sum. I can find no correspondence regarding this, who can I speak to to investigate this?
