I have noticed that I have an old Vodafone account still showing as open on my credit file. 

 

Please could this be updated to show that it is now closed?

Hi.. not sure if I'm posting in the correct place. I hope someone can help. I had a Vodafone account for one of my children from 2013 to 2015. I didn't renew account as they were old enough then to get their own account. No defaults on account. I've just noticed its still showing as open on my credit file with payments up to date. Can someone advise on how to close this account without it affecting my credit file negatively. Thanks.
