Hi,
my clear score report is showing my account is open even though I left Vodafone some years back. I have no services provided from you.
please can anyone from Voda help?

Yes the Vodafone Social Media Teams have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team @soton_2009
They can ask them to investigate if you contact the social media Team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
I'd suggest Twitter and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.
