Hi, I was was wondering why I received an update on my credit file about arrears of £385 owed to Vodafone.

Do you have or have had a Vodafone pay monthly contract @Flo19  ?

 

Vodafone Customer services on 191 or Live Chat contact-us and the Vodafone Social Media Teams have account access and can check for you Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

 

They'll be able to help.clear this up.
