I am trying for more than 1 month now to get help from Vodafone and I got to a point where I have requested several times during my phone calls with customer service for the DEADLOCK LETTER, seems that all departments they do not know what a Deadlock letter is. Is there anyone can help me out with an advice how to get my deadlock letter from Vodafone?

@BughyStyle - I’m sorry to hear you’ve got to the stage of looking to request a Deadlock Letter. We’d need to follow our complaint escalation process and then this can be reviewed.

Sorry but why to go on social media to request an deadlock letter, why not ask here for help on special vodafone forum?
