Has anyone had a default due to vodafone error? and how can you get it removed?

I have had nothing but issues with Vodafone in the last 2 years and nothing seems to be resolving. I have now been in contact with Martin Lewis money expert.

Vodafone has misplaced my money sent over and can't accept it.

As the Credit File Specialist Teams are not customer facing you'll need to contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll get this investigated.

I'd suggest to use Twitter and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.

Dont you worry @bandofbrothers I have tweeted, facebooked, sent vodafone complaints and I am going to go further. I have had enough. 

Ive been on live chat and calls to vodafone from 1130am - 1145pm yesterday chasing up why my account hasn't been cleared.

Vodafone has lost my money or not claiming they have it. Leaving me with an outstanding balance still since may. This needs to cleared asap.
