Default on credit score.

After being on the phone to Vodafone constantly for the last 5 days going in and out of Vodafone stores I’m still waiting for a soulation!!! 

When checking my credit score a month back I had seen I had a default of £555 on a Vodafone account, ringing up Vodafone to try and understand why it hadn’t cleared as I paid the bill back in July 2017,  I was told to go to a store and show a letter of prove, that shown the balance of £0, for a member of staff to then write a note on my account so a memeber of the credit team could see that and get back in contact with me the next day! Which infact I got in contact with them myself and was told it will be of my credit score on my next report (06/09/18). I have logged on to my credit score to see the balance has not gone, but gone down to £188? 

This is really affecting me applying for a mortgage in the next couple of months. 

Id really appreciate any sort of help!

Let the Vodafone Social Media Team here catch up with your thread and they will bring you in away from the open forum to pass security checks and they'll help you further with this situation by passing your info to their Credit File Specialist Team for investigation.
