I cancelled my contract last year. I was porting my number across to my new network and I asked the agent if there were any extra costs after I cancelled - I was told no.
I found out yesterday that there is a £20 default on my credit report which I need to have removed. I haven't received any notification of this, no letter and no emails.
I tried calling and I was told someone would call me back. They haven't. It isn't easy getting through to vodafone when you are not a client.
Please advise asap as this needs to be sorted.
