Hi,
I have found a default on my credit file that has nothing to do with me. I have never had a relationship with Vodafone. How do I get this removed URGENTLY!?
Is there a number I can ring as the standard number just keeps putting me throught to customer service advisors who dont seem to have a clue about what they are talking about.
I want to speak to someone from the credit file team not just anyone from customer services as I am NOT a customer and I have no account with you.

Hello! The exact same thing has happened to me - I’ve seen this in on my credit file as a default almost four years later even though I had paid it when I eventually found out!! It’s shocking it’s preventing me from a getting a mortgage. Can someone help?

Watchdog reported about this in August 2017 'Mobile billing errors that impact on customers credit rating', it sounds to me that you are one of those affected. So hopefully Vodafone should be understanding. If not then let me know.
