Hi,
I defaulted on my Vodafone contract over a dispute about roaming charges. Once my contract was cancelled I was happy to set up a repayment plan however, access to my online account was blocked because I am no longer a customer and I have had no communication since. I have the default showing on my credit file and want to pay it off. Can you point me in the right direction please?

However, the best you are likely to get will be the default being marked as settled, the default will still impact on your credit rating until it expires after 6 years.
