Defaulted Vodafone account on my credit report

Hi,

I am very angry and frustrated about Vodafone service. I made two mobile contracts with Vodafone about 2 years ago and then cancel both of them in the cooling-off period (because Vodafone service was not able to keep my wife mobile number as before). Now, after applying for a mortgage, lender rejected my application because of my credit record and I checked my credit report on Experian and realized Vodafone made a defaulted account on my credit history due to a bill for £100, which is unbelievable and awful. I planned to buy a house before Christmas, unfortunately Vodafone destroy my family plan and my credit history. It is disgusting and if there is no action from Vodafone in the next week to remove it from my credit record, I’ll promise to start and spend enough time for making a campaign to bring it down in all the social networks. Then, Vodafone will face the consequences of its action and understand how it is important to respect the customer service as they are advertising all the time, not lie to people…

Hi @Benyamin2017

I appreciate how damaging a default can be on a credit file through personal experience.

We do have a Credit File Specialist Team who work with the Vodafone Social Media Team here so please wait u too they catch up with your thread and bring you in away from the open forum to pass security checks and they'll help you further with this situation by passing your info to the Credit File Specialist Team.

They will investigate this for you and apply any appropriate action.

Hi

Apparently, I receieved another fake message from Vodafone. It's been three days now and No one has contacted me yet from Credit Specialist Team. I hate the way Vodafone treat its costumers. As said, finally Vodafone will get the consequences....
