i just join experian to check my credit score and found out that i have defaulted account with Vodafone since 2017.

I terminate my contract on June 2017, then got last bills paid on 17th August 2017, bu then my account been defaulted since 01 September 2017, and i got email from Vodafone on 3rd November 2017 that they will defaulted my account which they already did since September 2017. Yes i did late on my payment, but i paid it all on August 2017, i have my credit card statement as my proof of payment. Please help me remove this default account record.

As account access assistance isn't available via this forum @lukmandjamal you'll have to contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

They have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can investigate this for you.

I wish you all the best with this situation.

Thank you very much, for the info. i've managed to speak to the agent who then speak to the credit team and she said its updated already and will shown on my report on 30 days.. hopefully its not default anymore.

The entry will probably change to late payment rather than disappear altogether, I suspect.

is that mean still in default? i dont understand all about this..

No.  Default means unpaid, whereas late payment is settled, but delayed.   It has less of an impact on your credit rating.   I don't know definitely that this is what will happen, but it seems likely.
