Deleting an old account

I have a dormant Vodafone account, can anyone from Vodafone assist me in deleting it?

Vodafone in my understanding wouldn't delete an account for their own business / accounting reasons @Chiman 

Your Payg account will de activate after 180 days + 90 days if not being used.

Thanks for your reply, I only noticed it on my credit score account, it's stating that Vodafone account is active yet I haven't had an account with them for about 3 yrs now.

You could have a word with the Vodafone Social Media Teams  as they have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Teams.who can take a look

Although as a Credit Search isn't conducted for a Payg Vodafone account you must of had a Pay Monthly or Sim only contract.

Thanks again, my account was a monthly contract, so yes, need to contact Vodafone.
