Demand for unpaid bill.

  1. I received a bill from Vodafone which I know nothing about. In February I enquired about opening an account for email, broadband, home phone and tv.. Before the account was opened I cancelled the complete application. Five months after the enquiry I received a bill for £112.00. The next day I received a demand from a debt collection company acting for Vodafone with lots of threats attached. I spent lots of money on phone calls to Vodafone. Most people I spoke at Vodafone to said it was Vodafone error. But the debt demands keep on coming. It looks like Vodafone did not cancel the complete application but cried on with the mobile phone part of the application. Everyone at Vodafone who I speak to says it is their fault but I can't get the debt cancelled. I don't know who is best to speak to at Vodafone.

I'd suggest to contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries. 

They have full account access @SalfordAl 

I'd suggest to contact them via Twitter and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.

As this involves an outstanding debt and debt collection agencies have been involved I'd suggest to also check your Credit File to see if anything negative has been added.

If it has then the same team have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can investigate.
