EDM Order number not recognisied

Hi,

I went through the process of getting my phone upgraded with the online team and was given an order number that starts with EDM,  however when i put the details into the online tracker,  it errors and says it doesnt recongnise my order.

Can someone please assist?

Vodafone will email you when the phone is at despatch status so you can then use the tracking info which is also sent in the email which should then work @neo0383
