Early disconnection fee quotation only/ mistake from customer service

Good morning all, 

Today I requested quotation (on chat)  about early disconnection fee(around 24 pounds)... and that's it, nothing else, I didn't ask for leaving.. but after chat I got sms - as requested, we'll disconnect the number... on 14 May 2019... I didn't ask for leaving.  If I would left earlier I will ask for PAC code and move to another network...

Just in case I requested chat copy on e-mail and still nothing.... 

 

It's quite annoying, my english isn't first language, but I think so my english  is enought to ask only for early fee, it wasn't request for disconnect the number.

Can somebody look into this?
