Hi 

I have been receiving this error when I log into my account on pc I cant access any of my service information it gives me this error Ref 1b2 . I also have the same error on My Vodafone app no information just says sorry we are having technical difficulties. I have deleted the app several times and download the new version. I think my account is corrupt has anyone had this problem?

Hey @ecubic 👋 I know just how important it is to have your Vodafone app up and running, in order to monitor your usage and services regularly. As you've mentioned you've deleted and reinstalled the app and this hasn't worked, have you made sure it's been removed from your App/Play store directly?
