Extended my contract from a tariff change

Hi all,

 

Bit confused at this. I recently changed my tariff to a higher bundle, however, for some reason my contract has extended by an extra 7 months. I'm not sure why. Has anyone else experienced this before?

The same thing happened to me but I hadn't long started the contract so it didn't really matter to me also they upgraded my tariff and only charged me an extra 20 p a month so I can't really complain but if it has extended your contract by that long I would definitely phone them up and find out what's going on because there is obviously something wrong with the system let me know how you get on.

Hi John,

After having a conversation with Vodafone, it appears there was an issue with the Vodafone app showing incorrect information. I have been assured my contract hasn't been extended, which is good news.
