Final Bill Question

My last payment to Vodafone was on 15/3/18. I ported my number to BT on the 19/3/18. My contract end date was  4/6/18. So I still owe a couple of months. How long does it take to get the final bill?  It has been nearly three months and still nothing.

"Your final bill will arrive 2-4 weeks after you cancel your contract."

 

You can speak with Live Chat or customer service on 191 can access your account and help you further with this situation. 

Leave your direct debit open. 

You should then recieve a £0 bill and sorry your leaving letter which confirms everything's up to date and closed.
