I was a victim of fraud back on 2010, someone got two iphones and sent them to Algeria or Morroco etc.
This is still showing on my credit file as me being linked to an address where a lot of frauds were run from.
Vodaphone staff have told me they can't help me without the phone number or account number.
Which I don't have and have never known as I was the fraud victim I never had the devices or contract.
Does anyone know of a way to get Vodaphone to do something? The credit agencies say they cannot change my file as Vodafone is actively sending this information to the credit agencies.
