Galaxy S4 no internet

 Any advice would be awesome. Had no luck with few calls to vodafone. Galaxy S4 mini have monthly contract but since started not getting any internet outwith house wifi. Have data on plan but not used any of it

If you pull down from the top of the phones screen that hopefully should open up your notification shade where all your toggles are. 

One of them should say Mobile Data. 

Is that highlighted as turned On ?

Its also available in your phones settings. 

Also can you text WEB to 40127 in order to set up your internet. 

To test that your account is ok one way is to try your sim card in another phone. A friend's etc. If you cant then a Vodafone High street Store can test it in one of their in house phones.
