Galaxy S6 wont unlock with NUC I was sent

Hi, Anyone on the NUC resolutions Team,

I have just been sent my NUC code but it dosen't work on the Galaxy S6. J

ust like many other people have stated the NUC codes you send out don't work on the S6 handsets, apparently you need a "Master Code" as well.

Could someone from the right team get in touch becase I need to unlock my phone to other networks ASAP.

There's some Master Codes in Master-code.

If they don't help then live chat or customer service on 191 can give you the Nuc Unlocking Department email.

Yeh, already been through all those threads, and more on forum with no success.

Also been in chat with standard customer services who don't seem to understand the difference between the NUC and Master Code.

Just hoping that the NUC team see this post now.
