Hi I have the same issue as well could please

kindly help me with this

I am really desperate!!!

Hi @Gracejacobs

I appreciate and understand how damaging a default and or marker can be ,and the difficulty in having one removed from a Credit File.

It's important to speak with Customer service first to clear up why this has happened before the Credit File Support Team can help. Below in Bold is a help guide I have written which explains how to contact Vodafone and which department to ask your case to be referred to - i.e 'Vodafone Credit File Support Team' - and how to add a 'Notice of Correction' via Experian. It is Free to add the Notice of Correction. This gives you the tools to add your own notes up to 200 words on your Credit File to explain why the Default is showing. It would only be worth adding this if you think the default is wrong and shouldn't have been applied.

Please take into consideration that a Default will only be removed if it was reported on your Credit File incorrectly.

The Social Media Team here read all posts and engage to help where they can.

@Gracejacobs - To help keep everything together, I’ve replied to your other post here

This issues still remains unresolved, why is Vodafone so poorly organised, it would seem that there is a conspiracy and Vodafone seems to take the delight in destroying people’s credit rating thereby destroying our lives.

Please could someone advise on how this issue can be resolved

Hi

You need to check with Vodafone in the first instance as to why this has happened. If you can get through to them on customer service!- If you believe it is incorrect you can try and get it corrected through Vodafone - but if you do not get a satisfactory response you can call the ombudsman, they were really helpful with my case - and outlined the process that I needed to go through, as Vodafone had been particuarly unresponsive.

Good luck!!

I have had no response at all from Vodafone

i have now made a complaint to the ombudsman. Awaiting their reply
