My pay monthly bill has increased and I'm not happy. I've been trying to get into the vodafone chat for ages with no joy so today I tried phoning them. I was told the easiest way to contact them was through the chat link.
Again I still can't get through.
How do I actually contact vodafone? 😫

Your myvodafone app or online myvodafone should show what's been charged for i.e services such as multimedia messages etc.
Also could it be that a discount has run it's course.
The Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter or Facebook can help but not from here as there is no account access via this forum.

If you are referring to the April RPI increase, this is the yearly increase in line with inflation and this would have been explained to you when you agreed the contract. There is further information here: RPI increase
Live chat should be working, but probably just a busy time, keep the window open and you will get a connection as soon as there is an available advisor.
