On November 20th i had upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S8 for a monthly contract of £36. I received a text message today confirming my next bill due on the 13 Dec for £43.20 but the monthly cost is £38. I need to know what my actually monthly cost is? Here are a few screenshots of my order and recent bill.
If a discount is applied to the tariff then they cannot actually lower the normal tariff cost.
Instead the discount is added at the bottom of the bill.
Also to begin with a person is on a Pro Forma to let the chsrging catch up.
You may have to let the first bill process to see the breakdown.

From the Bill Breakdown attached, you were on a £26 monthly Tariff and are now on £38.
Have you looked at the actual PDF Bill dated 03Dec?
If it shows £38 as your line rental then I would raise it.
I have had a look and it does show a £38 p/m. I guess i need to call vodafone and try t fix this.
I would get in touch with Vodafone to correct that. Alternative wait for the Forum Team to pick it up.
Having said that, have you looked at the new deals now available? There some good deals on the Website.
