Most probably your phone has temporarily lost it's connection, try updating the network by going into your network setttings and choosing an alternative network and back onto Vodafone followed by a reboot. Also try texting WEB to 40127.

Also if you are still having this issue, you could always try performing a soft reset and a manual roam by manual selecting your own network and if no hope you can always reset network settings
