Hello,
I URGENTLY require assistance. I am attempting to apply for a mortgage and have been declined due to reported missing payments by Vodafone. I have not missed any payments and believe this to be incorrect.
Please can someone contact me urgently so that I may have this issue rectified? I am going to lose this house if this issue is not corrected on my credit file.

I wish you all the best with this. However, be aware that unless you are extremely fortunate nothing posted on this forum will be treated as being in any way urgent. You don't say whether you've attempted to pursue this by phone, but that's definitely the best way to start in these circumstances.
