Hi,

I recently took out the Vodafone insurance with AppleCare but my iPhone is asking me to sign up for AppleCare when I go into settings?  Is this normal or does it mean that AppleCare wasn't added like it should of been?

thanks

To be honest I'm not sure.

Vodafone apply a 2 year manufacturer's warranty with iPhones.

Also from https://www.vodafone.co.uk/mobile/vodafone-insurance

Plus, if you’re insuring your iPhone, AppleCare Services are included as part of Vodafone Insurance – giving you

support from Apple experts who can often check and resolve issues in a single call. We’re the only UK network to offer you this. "

I'd suggest to speak with customer service on 191 or Live Chat or even the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll officially clarify @magicturtle1989
