Is VoLTE available on 3rd Party devices with SIMO plans?

I am on a SIMO deal which I like the flexibility of but I want to be able to get VoLTE, are there any phones that are compatible other the Apple? Help topics just state the phone has to be bought from VF

4G calling i.e voLTE from Vodafone has the following criteria @richardfarrant 

 

It'll work on an eligible iPhone with iOS 11.3 and and above even if it wasn't originally supplied by Vodafone.

Any other phone has had to have been supplied by Vodafone directly.
