Hi, wondering if anyone in the vodafone team can help with an issue I am having accessing the My Vodafone app.
I have a Hong Kong Dual Sim Iphone XR (A2108) with a physcial Vodafone sim and a physical Three sim.
When I try to open the app I am given an error message 2101, saying I don't have an account meaning I can't use the app at all. I recently upgraded from an iPhone 6 which worked perfectly fine.
I suspect it is because I have a non-UK iPhone thats confusing the software, but I hope there is a way around this?
I suspect that's the case too. However, if you post on Facebook or Twitter, the Social Media Team will be able to take your details privately and ask the relevant department.
