Hello,
I had missed a payment due to it not being taken by card as I thought it would, as soon as I realised I called vodafone and paid off the rest of the contract (there was 2 months remaining) - I now have a late payment showing on my report and it's really affecting me. Is there someone I can speak to about this? I have tried customer service but have been told to pop in to store.

They'll just tell you to contact customer services !
I appreciate this marker maybe affecting you but from what you write it does sound warranted so Vodafone may not remove it as they have a duty of care to report such cases
This is why I always advocate a direct debit set up.
The Vodafone Social Media Team have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can look at this.
