Live Chat Always Busy

I put restriction on my phone last night. I want to get them taken off. It was calls, texts and mobile data I had restricted. Now live chat is saying it's busy try again later for hours. What do I do. This is extremely poor service. Now I bared everything I can't use mobile data to use vodsohone app, make calls, texts so I cannot contact customer service.

I assume you have no access to a friends or neighbour's laptop or tablet etc to get access or if your passing a local Vodafone Highstreet Store pop in there. 

Alternatively do please wait for Live Chat to connect or ring customer services on 191.

The Vodafone Social Media Teams here might be able to help once they've caught up with your thread but that can take a while.

If you have the my Vodafone application on your phone and have a WiFi connection you can remove restrictions from there. 


When you use live chat keep the window open and you will get a connection as soon as an advisor is available.
