I know just how important it is to stay connected and have a reliable service, especially whilst travelling @alalsacienne! I'm sorry when you spoke to one of our departments previously they were unable to assist you with your connection to this. Are you trying to connect to the Vodafone Wi-Fi automatically and not Virgin Wi-Fi?
