I done a exchange on the 6 of this month and called DPD yesterday morning and was told they lost my parcel then called them back up at 2.30 pm and now it’s saying the parcel has been relabelled and continuing the journey whatever that means it’s so annoying that a massive currier company can lose a phone and mess everything up not happy
If they have found it and it's now being sent to wherever it was meant to go, what is the problem? Does tracking show it's now in transit?
Ultimately, your contract is with Vodafone rather than the carrier, so any resulution will be up to them. I'd give it another couple of days, then contact the network for an update if the parcel still hasn't arrived.
