I am currently a pay monthly customer. I would like to know if it is possible to manage a PAYG sim from my monthly account. Or will I have to setup a separate account in which to topup/view balance etc the PAYG sim?
The payg account needs to be separate from the pay monthly account. When you set up the account, you will need different details from the pay monthly account. That will mean alternative user name, password and email address.
