Hi there. I have been trying to access bards and extras for a few months now to change the spend manager however it never seems to work and just comes up with this message (attached). Many thanks

Is this happening with both the app and the online myvodafone option @1cco112 ?
I'd suggest to speak with Customer service on 191 , Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll access your account to take a look.

There doesn't appear to be any problems with the bars and extras tab online or with the application.
The first thing to do is to clear cookies and history on the PC and phone, close down the browser and try again, this may be simply a cookie preventing access. Also go into the applications on your phone and clear cache and data. If you are using the Application make sure you are using mobile data for the following log in, this is needed for Vodafone to locate the account.
