My wife has been issued a new SIM card owing to list phone. Her voicemail greeting had disappeared.
Yes she can record a new one, but can we get back the old one?
Thanks in advance

Hi @intecofreds
Voicemail personal greetings are recorded on your voicemail box and are not on the SIM card.
Unfortunately, if the previous recorded greeting has somehow been deleted it will be necessary to record again.
Live chat or 191 will help where they can.

Thanks for the reply.
I assumed the recordings would be on a VF server somewhere and that it would all be fine (she's changed handsets many times over the years and voicemail message has never been affected). I guess when they reset her account it wiped the recording, sadly.

That could be. It happened to me couple of times a very long time ago and I was never sure why. Unfortunately, the only solution is to re-record. Somewhere in my files, I have the wording written down so that I can do it coherently and without hesitation.
