The My Vodafone App has not worked on my device for around 2 weeks now.
The main screen just says “sorry we can’t find this information right now” and when trying to get billing info it says “we’re experiencing technical difficulties.”
Tried reinstalling the app, no joy. Any ideas?
If you haven't already @Jambo1872 give Live Chat or Customer Service a call via 191 and they'll access your account and advise what to do about your Myvodafone app not working.
