Hi, last few days my Vodafone app is not showing data usage for some reason.
I”ve try the following
(1) uninstalling the app
(2) resetting the app
(3) Taking out the Sim card out of the Device
Can anyone help me out with this?

i.e. upgrade etc.
If your using an android phone you could try going into something similar like settings_apps_mywodafone_location_clear cache and data and then relaunch the app.
Can I ask does your usage show in your online myvodafone ?
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat have account access so can check things on their end for you.

No nothing has changed. I can still see usage on my Vodafone online when on the Vodafone website on my Vodafone.

As you can see the data usage on your online myvodafone then the app itself isn't syncing possibly as per your usage.
Have you tried clearing the apps data and cache as I suggested ?
I appreciate not having this useful info in your myvodafone app is not particularly helpful and it should hopefully catch up.
If your concerned of going over your data allowance then some phones have an audible data usage alert and usage limit settings and your myvodafone has a data usage cap too.
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can help again as I suggested in my first response to you.
