My partner has been having £10 taken from her account since last april and we have no idea why . Her phone contract is linked with mine and so i pay it. Is there a way to find out what this is for and how to get jer money back?

The only way to find the reason for this @Ramasesuk is to let the Social Team here on the Community take a look at your account.  Drop them a message through social media channels by following this link: Speak to the Social Team .

Or look at the bill?

The obvious assumption would be that she has another contract that she's somehow unaware of, so looking at the bill won't help if she doesn't have the information to sign in online.

As @AnnS has suggested, the Social Media team should be able to help and it'll be handy to have all the references from the debit entry available.

£10 doesn't sound like a PAYM amount, so I'm wondering whether this could be a forgotten PAYG automatic top-up?
