My unlocking code is not working!

You sent me an unlocking code for my mobile Sony Experia Z3 but it is not working but it does not work and Ic annot use my phone today with my new SIM!  Can you please help!!!

I am at the end of my Vodafone contract and have moved to a SIM only deal with another provider. I have the necessary PAC, NUC and PUK(!), but when used with the new SIM, the phone is blocked. From the many similar complaints on this forum, what I need now is the MCK in order to unblock the phone. Please provide the MCK as soon as possible.
