If you ordered online, Vodafone will keep you updated throughout the order process. Providing the phone is in stock, and the credit check has cleared, you will receive an updated email with a tracking number when the phone has been despatched to your chosen address. Until despatch the money will be ringfenced in your account as a pending transaction.
