New to the community, not sure where to post.
I've just set-up my NowTV pass using the link provided by Vodafone and it asked me to check back later. I've just checked back and under Manage Subscriptions, it states 'You have no active subscriptions'. NowTV still states I have no passes. Am I being impatient, I don't remember it doing this last time?
Can't get hold of support, all agents are busy!

Hi @arranjbell, you may need to re-add Now TV through https://offers.vodafone.com/gb if you've upgraded or taken out a new contract. Please ensure you're using your mobile data when doing this, not Wi-Fi.
