Hello,
I just joined up on a new 24 month contract with iPhone 8- was previouly on Sim-Only with my own phone.
Received the phone by courier (with no warning at all - luckily was in!) but didn't realise there was a scuff at the bottom until a couple of days later.
The keyboard is now freezing when I type and I'm wondering whether all contract phones are new or whether I signed up for a re-furbed/second hand one by accident. If not can I can send it back for a replacement?
I'm less than a week in!
Many thanks

Thanks a lot but this says the phone must be 'un-damaged' if I return it.
I didn't damage it!

You'll.have to explain what's happened and see if they'll accept the circumstances.
Exactly how long have you been using the iPhone
Can you upload a picture of the "scuff" ?

Nearly new handsets are indicated as such when ordering @PerkP
Was the box seals intact ?
You can take the phone back to a Vodafone Highstreet Store with all the paperwork and contents of the box and start again.
