New phone, no nano-SIM, what to do?

I bought a new phone online from the Carphone Warehouse and when I recieved it there was no nano-sim, the sheet told me this was sold separately. The 24 month contract is with Vodafone and I haven't recieved any SIM cards or emails from them either. Should I have received something from them by now? Sorry but I am VERY new to this stuff.

The phone and deal is in the link, it's the £26 a month one.

Hi @PeterR91

You certainly can't use the phone without the SIM.

The first thing to do is to contact Carphone, they were responsible for selling the contract and providing the SIM with a number to go with your new contract.  Where Vodafone are concerned, for security reasons the SIM would have been sent as a separate package.

Pop into a Carphone Warehouse store or ring them and or pop into a Vodafone Highstreet Store or ask Live Chat  and they maybe able to help.

They should have passed the contract info to Vodafone so they should be able to help.
