No account showing on Account Summary

Hi, I received a message on my phone today stating I've run up a bill of £13 for going over my data and will be charged £6.50 for every 250mb.  My allowance is 4gb and I dont normally use anywhere near that.  I tried to look at my bill online but when I login with my email it says there are no services meing used on my accoutn.  Please can you help

Have you tried the myvodafone app and myvodafone online options ?


Your quickest route is 191 by phone or Live Chat.


That or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook and Twitter which are the official pages.


Your phone may have an inbuilt data monitor that can show also what's been used.


My apologies at having to send you elsewhere to engage with Vodafone UK as I appreciate you came here , signed up and created a post to reach out for help but the Team here can no longer help with Account based issues.


But it's the same Social Media Teams here that help and assist via Facebook and Twitter.


Things have changed as they have decided that help and assistance with account based issues would be best supported that way.


I appreciate not everyone wants to use Social Media however it takes but a few moments to create a Twitter or Facebook account and then can be forgotten if necessary. Just a thought.
