Not able to send MMS but can receive after putting in sim on new phone

I am business pay monthly customer.

I have switched over to a new phone. I could send and receive MMS ok on the old phone which was a one plus 3 and I have moved over to a one plus 5.  But now I am receiving MMS OK but can't receive them.

 

I have internet and I have checked the APN settings and they fit ok. But most APN setting seem more concerned with data rather than MMS. Any advice?

Hi

 

You may need to speak with customer services to ask them.to re provision your account for MMS as changing sim could have caused this in some way. 

And please check in your new phone that no preference setting is hindering MMS. 

A good 3g signal is needed for MMS which is its connection to MMS.

Your best course of action here would be to speak to the Business Team direct, they will be able to send you a text with the correct settings to instal and this should solve the outgoing MMS problem.

 

If you are using the same SIM card as you were using in your previous phone, you may also benefit from a new SIM card.
