Not recieving texts from other networks.

I've been with Vodafone for around 6 weeks after being with 02 for years. I've kept my old number. My issue is I cannot recieve texts from any network other than Vodafone. I can send ok & call anyone ok. I've had a sim swap & Vodafone have reset my network settings several times & even barred & unbarred my phone with no joy. I'm out of ideas & I think Vodafone are too.

This sounds possibly like a Split Port @Bren1976 

This is where for some reason the files sent by your previous network haven't properly settled which can have the effect of not being able to receive calls or texts from other networks.

If Vodafone haven't escalated this to their Porting In Teams then please ask them to do so.
